Among our materials in stock: NBR ACS, EPDM ACS, WRAS, W270, 1935-2004, silicones ACS WAS W270 USP6. Other approvals are available upon request. We also manufacture your machined O-rings made of PTFE, POM, PA, and Polyurethane.

On request, our O-rings will answer your food approvals (FDA, 1935/2004), gas, drinking water, medical.

For the most aggressive chemical environments such as chemistry and perfumery, Chromex offers its O-ring models coated in FEP or PFA.

Our O-rings are also available as assortment boxes. We can also offer rolls of NBR, EPDM, FKM, red or translucent silicone rope.

Sealing rings: We offer more than 7000 references in stock as well as the possibility to make machined rings for prototypes or small series, made of elastomer or PTFE. The applications are just as numerous. We also stock mounting tracks for the sealing rings.

The sealing ring is a Chromex specialty for 5 decades, which allows us today to offer more than 50 different profiles among which:

Standard SL / DL ring flooded or apparent cage
High-Pressure DL Ring
Stainless steel PTFE lip cage ring for high temperature, speed, and pressure.
Large monobloc or split rings with fabric reinforcement
Chromex also offers plugs (type TVK), face seals (type RB) and wear tracks (type speedy sleeve).

V-Seals: Complimentary product to protect the lips of the sealing rings or when they are not necessary.

The V-seals are intended for the face seal, they make it possible to protect external pollutions with a weak friction force.

We offer 4 profiles to suit all applications (VA, VS, VL, and VE) from Ø 2.7 to Ø 2020.

To reduce the coefficient of friction or to provide mounting assistance on our V-seals, it is possible to apply one of the high-performance surface treatments developed by us.
